Our Story
Our company was founded by Gail Kurpgeweit of Scottsdale, Arizona.
For over 20 years, Gail has been the President/CEO of businesses in the hospitality vertical. She built 5-star catering businesses serving the greater Seattle, Washington and Scottsdale, Arizona areas. She owns a USDA/FDA/GFSI frozen foods manufacturing operation in Montana, and sells her line of kitchenware products on Amazon in the U.S. and Europe. She previously served as the Director of Catering for The Boeing Company managing large events for groups up to 42,000 guests and driving positive change and growth for Boeing's Catering divisions for the U.S. and Canada.
In every business Gail owns, worked or has consulted for, the key to her extraordinary growth and profitability has been in her systematic approach to innovation and product development. While these results-focused systems drove sales and efficiency, they were also key to allowing her businesses to pivot through a variety of challenges by keeping infrastructure agile and teams geared for agility.
